In Harry Potter canon if two Werewolves mate during the full moon the offspring will be born as an extremely intelligent wolf. The Idea of giving birth to a dog is terrifying to me like something out of The Omen, but I guess that is a thing that can happen in the wizarding world.

lol I don't know anything similar can happen with Animagus' and animals.. but it doesn't seem too far fetched.. god help us.
